A: Yes you can pick up.We are based in the northern beaches area. Pick up time and date will need to be arranged.
Please consider that specialty cakes are heavy, perishable and according to their design, need extra care when transported. They can be easily damaged if not delivered properly.
Q: Which areas do you deliver?
A: We deliver to the northern beaches and Sydney Metro area. Delivery charges apply.
Q: Can my cake have fresh flowers on it?
A: Yes it can. You can either have your florist place the flowers or we would be happy to do it for you.
Q: Can I store my cake in the fridge?
A: No, it will make the icing perspire and the colours will run.
Q: Where should I store my cake?
A: For a maximum lifespan, our cakes should be stored in a dark, cool (preferably air conditioned) room.
Q: Do I need to pay a deposit?
A: A 50% deposit is required upon placing your order.
Q: When do I pay for my cake?
A: We require full payment of your cake 1 week prior to your event. A deposit of 50% is required to be paid on placement of your order.
Q: I would like to keep the figurines and flowers from my cake. Which would be the best way to preserve them?
A: The best way is to place them in a airtight container with anti-moisture crystals to protect it from dust and moisture. They will preserve their appearance for many years.
Q: On a multi-tiered cake can each tier have a different flavour?
A: Absolutely. You can have any of our flavours per tier.
Q: How much notice do I need to give when ordering?
A: For wedding cakes 4 weeks notice is preferred. 2-4 weeks for birthdays and other occasions.
Q: Do you provide cupcake / cake stand for hire?
A: Yes we do, we have acrylic cupcake stands for hire.
