Cakes

  

All of our cakes are brushed with a Cointreau syrup to ensure moistness (Plain apricot syrup for children’s cakes). Then they are covered with chocolate or white chocolate ganache, before being iced with fondant icing.

Please note: white chocolate ganache is not suitable for some designs.

Chocolate Mud Cake

Delicious moist, rich chocolate cake. Great served

as coffee size or even as a dessert.

Layered with chocolate ganache.

  

White Chocolate Mud Cake

A light cake with a fairly subtle white chocolate flavour.

Works well with either chocolate or white chocolate ganache.

  

Marble Mud Cake

A mix of chocolate and white chocolate mud cake. Our best seller.

  

Carrot Cake

This easy recipe makes a deliciously moist, lightly spiced cake with a hint 

of orange. Covered in white chocolate ganache

 

Vanilla Cake

This is a moist vanilla cake has a delicate texture and delectable crumb.

Orange Poppy Seed Cake

A light, fluffy orange flavored cake layered with rich white chocolate ganache.

  

Banana Cake

Yummy, moist cake with a pronounced banana flavour. Dark or white chocolate ganache.

  

Almond Praline

A nutty almond and coconut cake with rich dark chocolate ganache

   

Traditional Fruit Cake

Moist, fruity, nutty, lightly spiced with a rich treacle flavour.
