About Stuart

Iced Dream Cakes run by Stuart, a qualified chef/pastry chef with over 13 years experience. Stuart trained in the United Kingdom and has worked in many award winning restaurants, hotels and catering companies both in the UK and Australia. Stuart embarked on a training program with Planet Cake and fell in love with cake decorating.
